The Commission
Yes. The total commission on your sale is 2% — no hidden fees, no extra clauses, no fine print. That’s the number you’ll see on your listing agreement.
No. The 2% commission is split between the buying and selling agents. You pay 2% regardless of who brings the offer.
What’s Included
Photography, a written listing, MLS® marketing, showings, open houses, offer negotiation, and all the paperwork — the same service you’d expect from any full-service brokerage.
Yes. Every property listed with 2% Realty Platinum appears on the MLS® system and on REALTOR.ca, alongside all other active listings in your area.
No. Photos, write-ups, showings, and open houses are all handled for you. You don’t have to manage any of that yourself.
